Exchange Conditions

At the time of sale, a surcharge (deposit) is invoiced in addition to the price of the unit. The surcharge (deposit) will be fully credited within 24 months, when goods are returned in an Lucas box, subject to the following conditions:

Units being returned must be in the same condition as when they were removed from the vehicle, i.e. they must not have been opened.

Rotor/armature must be rotating freely.

Units must not have suffered damage from fire or saltwater.

Units must be identical with or electrically and mechanically correspond to the units supplied.
Cores returned to Lucas, which are not corresponding to items bought from Lucas, will be kept registered for 5 years.
